Drag and drop individual pages or entire documents within another document or selectively reorder, copy and paste pages from one PDF document to another. Scanner Enhancement Technology (SET) Tools
PaperPort's popular image enhancements tools are now accessible when you need them. SET tools have been updated so they are available right on the PaperPort Desktop. No more searching for the right option when you need to clean up a bad image and never rescan documents again. Simply right-click the image document on the PaperPort Desktop and then select the proper correction tool. SET Tools include auto-straighten, rotate pages, remove stray dots (de-speckle) and color conversion to speed up the image clean up process.
Properties Pane for Keywords and Page Names
The Properties Pane is used to add document identification information such as project IDs, contract or client numbers, document author or subject descriptions to the search index so you can quickly locate files by browsing or by searching using the "All-in-One" search. Browsing is facilitated because the Properties Pane can remain open on the PaperPort Desktop as you scroll through documents making it easier to find critical information fast.
You can also name individual document pages independently of the document name. Typical page names might include "signature page", "summary" or the title of document sections. This makes it much easier when viewing Page Thumbnails or scrolling through the Document Thumbnails to find the exact page you require without having to open the document.
PageViewer PDF Rendering - Resolution Adjustable
Customize the view on your desktop by increasing or decreasing the resolution of graphics in PageViewer mode to optimize PaperPort's performance to suit your needs.
