Advanced Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology ensures reliable wireless connectivity with excellent coverage and speed. With maximum data rates of up to 300Mbps – 5 times the speed of 802.11g – the NWA-3165 is capable of supporting the most demanding applications.

Flexible Installation
NWA-3165 is standard IEEE802.3af PoE compliant. Used in combination with a PoE switch, such as ZyXEL’s ES2024PWR, the device can be powered over the Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for external power supplies. The NWA-3165 is also plenum rated and has wall and ceiling mounting capabilities. This provides businesses with a flexible solution suitable for placement above drop-down
ceilings and raised floors.

Secure
The NWA-3165 features the latest security standards for wireless data encryption and user authorisation. To protect wireless data, WPA2 provides the latest and toughest standards-based security. To protect against unauthorized network access, NWA-3165 supports IEEE 802.1X authentication and authorisation through backend RADIUS servers.

Quality-of-Service
Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) + Auto Traffic Classifier (ATC) prioritises time-sensitive traffic improving the quality-of-service for audio, voice and video applications.
