The Toshiba Satellite T135-S1309 is a solid laptop overall. It's decently priced and handles most normal computer tasks without much trouble. While the lack of an optical drive and the subpar speakers are negative marks, its battery life and portability make it a nice alternative to smaller Netbooks.
