As with all of the other Logitech products that I've seen in the last 2 years, build quality and finish are of a high standard. Obviously Logitech has products for different consumers and budgets but at this enthusiast level, as with the 'G' series gami... 
Great sound for music, video an especially gaming, Intuitive and practical volume controller with bass control, aux in and headphone out connections, Both 3.5mm and RCA inputs, Good value for money at the street price so shop around, Adequate cable length... 
The mirror finish can show up fingerprints and dust...
